Our management systems entail Quality and HSE systems which are structured into three levels of governance. It starts with Quality & HSE Policies and Objectives. The 2nd level carries all essential procedures such as the SOP, Preventive Maintenance, HSE Procedures, and the Competency Development. Lastly is the highest level of details and working instructions such as Workflows and Checklists. Protocols to manage performance Measurements, Communications and Documentation are also structured. All are coupled with AZR team commitment and leadership, at all levels, to fully apply our management systems, to achieve and maintain our Quality and HSE objectives, and customer expectations.
